RETURN POLICY

If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached and cannot be labeled final sale. Items with stains, marks, perfume scents, bodily scents, accidental tears due to mishandling, or missing items such as: dress tie, included belt, etc., will not be accepted. 

You may contact us via email and we will reply In an expedient manner.

Returns are for store credit only. Store credit never expires and will be issued in the form of a gift card. The customer is responsible for the return of the item. 

In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways. Please email us right away!

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. We work very hard to ensure all our customers receive their orders in the fastest possible way. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed as the shipping process begins immediately after an order is placed. We thank you kindly for your understanding. Please note returns or exchanges will still be an available option to all our customers.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
